No. Our jewellery is artificial (imitation) jewellery made from brass, alloys, beads, stones and similar materials, with finishes like gold-tone, rose-gold or oxidised. It is not precious-metal jewellery unless a product page clearly says so. Materials are listed on every product page.

We try to keep photos true to life, but screen settings and lighting can change how colours look. Handcrafted pieces may differ slightly from one another. That is part of their charm and not a defect.

Keep it dry and away from perfume, deodorant, lotion and sweat. Put it on last and take it off first. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store each piece separately in a pouch or box. Do not wear it in the shower, pool or gym.

Where a watch has a manufacturer warranty, the period and terms are on the product page and the warranty card inside the box. Usually it covers manufacturing defects in the movement only. Scratches, physical damage, strap wear, battery replacement and water damage (unless the watch is sold as water resistant) are normally not covered. Keep your invoice for any claim.

Dust with a soft dry cloth. Glass, ceramic and resin pieces are fragile, so handle them gently and keep them away from long water or sunlight exposure unless the product page says otherwise.

After dispatch we send a tracking link by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also log in and open My Orders. It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to start showing updates.

Only before the order is packed. Write to us with your Order ID as quickly as you can. Once it is dispatched, we cannot change it.

It is rare, but it can happen if an item is out of stock, a price or product detail was listed wrongly, your pincode cannot be served, a payment could not be verified, or we suspect fraud. We will tell you, and any money you paid is refunded in full.

Yes. Your tax invoice is emailed to you and is in My Orders. If you want your business GSTIN on it, add it at checkout or tell us before dispatch.

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, popular wallets and, for selected pincodes, Cash on Delivery. The options available for your order show at checkout.

Payments go through RBI-authorised payment gateways using encryption. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

Yes, for selected pincodes and for orders up to Rs. 5,000. A COD fee of Rs. 49 applies and is shown at checkout before you confirm. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Do not worry. If no order was created, your bank or the payment gateway normally sends the money back automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not come back after that, email us the transaction ID, date and a screenshot and we will help chase it.

Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping and COD fees, if any, are shown separately before you pay.

We are sorry about that. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your Order ID and clear photos of the product, the packaging and the shipping label. An unboxing video helps a lot. We will arrange a replacement or refund once we have checked.

Weather, festivals and courier problems can cause delays. If tracking has not moved for 3 working days, or you are past the estimated date, message us with your Order ID and we will follow up with the courier.

You can ask for a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in original packaging with tags. Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. The full details are on the Returns & Refunds page.

Yes, for a different size, colour or variant, if we have it in stock. If we do not, we refund you instead. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced free of charge.

After the returned item passes our check, we start the refund within 2 working days. Your bank or payment provider then usually takes 5 to 7 working days to credit it. COD refunds go to your bank account or UPI ID.
