Terms & Conditions
The finer details, made clear.
Last updated: 14 October 2026Considered care,
at every step.
Please take a moment to read the terms that apply when you use our website or place an order.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
www.naamyra.com (the "Website") is run by Naamyra Trading Co. (GSTIN: 09BYRPS8001H1ZX). Registered office details are available on our Consumer Information page. These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and need no signature. They cover your use of the Website and anything you buy from us. Together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy (the "Policies"), they form your agreement with us. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. People under 18 may use the Website only through a parent or guardian. We may refuse service where the law allows us to.
3. Your account
Give us correct information and keep your login details and OTPs private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you notice anyone misusing it. We may suspend or close accounts that give false details, break these terms or involve fraud.
4. Our products
We sell artificial and fashion jewellery, watches, gifts, home decor and similar items. We do our best to describe products, materials, sizes, colours and prices correctly. Colours can look different on different screens, and handmade or plated items may vary slightly. Our jewellery is artificial unless a listing clearly says otherwise. Items are sold subject to availability. Details required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, such as MRP, net quantity, packer or importer details and country of origin, appear on the product page or on the pack.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated. Delivery, COD and gift-wrap charges are shown separately before you pay. We can change prices and offers at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. If a price was clearly listed by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. When an order becomes a contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your item and send you a shipping confirmation. The confirmation email or SMS right after you order only acknowledges receipt. We may refuse or cancel an order, fully or in part, for reasons such as stock shortage, a price or description error, an unserviceable pincode, a payment we cannot verify, suspected fraud or being unable to reach you. If that happens, we refund anything you paid.
7. Payments
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and, where available, Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed by third-party gateways whose terms also apply. Please use only a payment method that belongs to you. Your bank may charge its own fees, which we do not control. If a payment fails but money is deducted, it is usually reversed in 5 to 7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction details. For COD orders you must pay the full amount on delivery, and repeatedly refusing COD parcels may lead to COD being switched off for you.
8. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellation
These are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Cancellation Policy, which are part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
9. Warranty
Products with a manufacturer warranty, such as some watches, are covered by the maker's warranty terms shown on the product page or warranty card. Apart from that and your rights under law, products are sold as described. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Offers and coupons
Every offer, coupon or promotional price has its own conditions, validity and stock limits. They have no cash value and can be changed or withdrawn. We may cancel orders or withdraw benefits if we find misuse, such as creating many accounts to exploit an offer.
11. Using the website properly
Please do not: break the law while using the Website; give false information; copy, scrape, hack or disrupt the Website or its servers; upload viruses or malicious code; use bots to buy products or exploit offers; post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful or infringes someone's rights; pretend to be someone else; or resell products bought from us as a business without our written permission.
12. Reviews and content you post
If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it breaks no law or third-party right. You give Naamyra a free, non-exclusive, permanent licence to use, show and publish it in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.
13. Our intellectual property
The Naamyra name, logo, designs, text, photos, layout and software belong to us or are used under licence, and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may use them only for your own non-commercial shopping. Please do not copy, reproduce, change or distribute them without our written consent. Other brands mentioned belong to their owners.
14. Links to other sites
The Website may link to other sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
15. Availability and product disclaimer
We aim to keep the Website running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available, secure or error-free. Some people react to certain metals or materials. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, please check the material details before buying.
16. Limit of our liability
As far as the law allows, Naamyra and the people who work with us are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim about an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
17. Indemnity
You agree to cover Naamyra and its owners, staff and partners against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs that arise from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, fire, floods, epidemics, lockdowns, war, riots, strikes, government orders, courier or transport disruption, power or internet failure, or cyber-attacks.
19. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, our Policies, our prices or the Website at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted here. An order you have already placed is governed by the terms that applied when you placed it.
21. Suspension and ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or the law. Any rights or duties that arose before that, and clauses meant to continue (such as intellectual property, indemnity, liability limits and governing law), stay in force.
22. Notices
We may send notices to the email address, mobile number or postal address you gave us. Send notices to Naamyra at naamyra.dp@gmail.com, and for legal notices also by post to our registered office address in section 1.
23. Governing law and courts
These terms, and every dispute connected with the Website or your orders, are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the sentence that follows, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh will have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including your right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission that has jurisdiction where you live or work, or any other right the law does not allow to be waived.
24. Resolving a problem first
We would like to fix any problem directly. Please start with Customer Support or our Grievance Officer (see Customer Support & Complaints). You can also contact the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 (www.consumerhelpline.gov.in) or file a case through the e-Daakhil portal.
25. General
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continue to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms and the Policies are the whole agreement between you and Naamyra about use of the Website. You may not transfer your rights without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor. These terms are written in English and any translation is for convenience only.
